Shipping policy

Once item leaves HCCC it is the sole responsibility of the shipping company to get your order to you in a timely fashion. We have no control over how long it takes.

You have 14 days to return premade items. No returns on special order. If item is approved as a return HCCC will return shipping costs to you. If item is not found to be returnable no refund will be issued.
